The Ecomuseo della Paglia e della tradizione contadina (lit. Ecomuseum of straw and peasant tradition) in Crosara is a clear example of the link between reality and tradition. The processing of straw had an incisive impact on the traditions and the economic and social history of the community of Marostica. The museum hosts artifacts that document the technique followed to process straw for the production of braids for the making of bags and hats.

Upon reservation, straw weaving workshops can be organized for the production of hats and bags. These workshops are addressed to both school children and adults who are fond of ancient traditions.
