The Cooperative was founded in 2000 on the initiative of some olive growers who came together in order to safeguard the milling plant located at the Latterie Vicentine factories which intended to dispose of it, and today it has almost 500 members and many other producers who use the structure for milling of olives.

During the milling period which runs from early October to mid-December it is possible to purchase EVO oil at the Frantoio headquarters in Viale Vicenza 145 (Bassano del Grappa) by making a reservation at number 3296610117
